Danielle Bernas, the Director for Jewish Family Services’ Refugee & Immigrant Center for Healing in Buffalo will be joining the New Neighbors Coalition of Jamestown on Wednesday, July 31st from 5-6:30pm in the St. Luke’s Undercroft, for the first in a 3-part training opportunity. The class will be focus on approaching immigrant-related volunteer work through a trauma-informed lens. However, as our community continues to do this work in welcoming new arrivals, we can all benefit from being more informed. This event is being offered at no cost thanks to the generosity of Jewish Family Services.
