Our chef this year will be Francy Murillo and her family; whom delighted customers this market season as one of our first prepared food vendors! From Colombia, Francy will bring the flavors and flare of her cuisine to WNY, utilizing ingredients from farmers such as Conklin Family Ranch; Hometown Mushrooms; and Abers Acres!
