Annual Meeting

The St Luke’s Annual Parish meeting, a requirement of NYS Law, is scheduled for the last Sunday in January. It is a time when we reflect on the past year, pass the 2022 budget and cast vision for another year of mission.

In order to encourage the most participation, we hold our meeting in two sessions over the course of our two worship services. In place of the sermon, we hear reports from the Treasurer, Wardens and the Rector. In the business portion, we elect officers to Vestry and to represent St. Luke’s at the Annual Convention of the Diocese.
