DESCRIPTION:Have you ever been to the market and seen something and wondered\, “How do I eat that?” Well we are exploring a series to answer that questions! Starting with some of the more unique food items at the market: MUSHROOMS! \nJoin Jamestown Public Market in St. Luke’s Undercroft on February 21st from 5:30 to 7:30 and learn from owner of Barnett’s Mushrooms\, Emilie\, what mushrooms are\, how they grow\, and the different types that can be found in the wild here in WNY. After that\, join in preparing mushroom “crabcakes”\, so the next time you’re at the market you know what to make with all of the unique mushrooms our vendors have to offer! Drinks and salad to go with the crabcakes will be provided. \nThis event is FREE\, but donations are accepted.\nPlease RSVP to Sei at sei.paulson@stlukesjamestown.org so we can get an accurate amount of food!
